If you want sure-fire happiness, you need to keep your daily dogmas aligned with your perception of reality. Lose that alignment, and tears are sure to follow. But are you sure what your dogmas are? Want a tune-up? Ever consider designing a personal dogma, rather than buying into everyone else's?
